This work locates the Water Tower at Cocoroc, the town consumed by the Western Treatment Plant, in the present for the future. A Future Set List developed through social media was abstracted by Benjamin Cittadini, Penny Ikinger, Billy Miller and Sorcha Wilcox through a 14 hour durational performance.
